Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role is based within a physical therapy center, where you will collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing patient-specific treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and responses accurately. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment. Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team regarding patient status. Required Qualifications Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
