AR Credit Analyst
As an AR Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, reviewing financial statements, income, and cash flow to assess a customer's creditworthiness. You will use computer programs to calculate financial ratios, such as debt-to-income, to evaluate financial health and make recommendations regarding loan approvals, denials, or interest rate changes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and review financial statements to determine creditworthiness.
- Calculate financial ratios using computer programs to evaluate financial health.
- Make recommendations for loan approvals, denials, or interest rate changes.
- Prepare reports summarizing a customer's financial health and lending risk.
- Monitor compliance with bank policies and guidelines.
- Assist with company and client audits.
- Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in credit analysis.
- Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
- Ability to perform reconciliations and cash applications.
- Knowledge of credit risk and credit management.
- Experience in B2B collections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Credit Analyst experience.
- 2+ years of experience in construction-related credit (B2B).
- Experience managing high volume/high stress portfolios (1000 applications/month).
- 1+ years of experience with Excel.
- 1+ year of experience navigating multiple ERP systems in a single role.
Work Environment:
The position is fully onsite with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role involves managing a high volume of applications in a high-pressure environment, offering an open-ended contract.

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
