Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance with a high level of clinical precision.
Digital Diagnostics: Utilize digital radiography and advanced intraoral scanning technology to assist in comprehensive patient assessments.
Patient Education: Provide personalized oral health counseling and instructions on home care techniques to improve patient outcomes.
Periodontal Therapy: Conduct deep cleanings, scaling, and root planing as part of a comprehensive periodontal program.
Anesthesia & Treatment: Administer local anesthesia as needed to ensure patient comfort during specialized procedures.
Clinical Records: Maintain meticulous digital patient charting and documentation within our practice management system.
Infection Control: Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and OSHA safety protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Licensure: Valid and current Virginia State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Skills: Strong clinical proficiency in dental hygiene and patient assessment.
Communication: Upbeat, friendly demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on patient comfort.
Advanced Certifications: Laser Certification is highly preferred.
Clinical Abilities: Experience in administering local anesthesia.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital scanning technology (e.g., iTero) and digital radiography.
Experience: Previous experience in an all-digital, high-volume clinical setting.

Working Hours
Option A: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Option B: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Office Status: Closed Saturday and Sunday.
