Attract, coach, develop and retain individuals who will ensure high‑level performance and demonstrate strong capability in selling skills, account management and compliant customer engagement. Territory Management: Oversee and optimize the assigned geographic territory, managing resource allocation, budget execution, and performance metrics to meet or exceed business goals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders (such as FRMs, TLLs, marketing, training, compliance, and medical affairs) to align field initiatives and ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times. Additional duties as required. Requirements Player/coach mentality who is willing to roll up their sleeves to be successful.
