About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales - BioTech to take on a pivotal role in owning and nurturing commercial relationships with the world's largest biotech accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on the top commercial-stage biotech companies. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the biotech or specialty pharma sector, and the ability to drive the company toward its growth goals. The VP, Sales will be at the forefront of the intersection between enterprise sales and cutting-edge healthcare AI, and must be adept at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations to close strategic deals at scale. Applicants for the VP, Sales - BioTech position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years' specifically in the commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharma space. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in closing large enterprise deals, experience in selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes, as well as intellectual curiosity and mission alignment. Nice-to-have qualifications include strong analytical skills, existing relationships with commercial executives in the biotech sector, and experience in digital health, AI-driven patient engagement, or specialty drug support programs.
