We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist Team Lead to support high‑volume outpatient imaging centers in Charlottesville, VA . Role Overview This role is ideal for a motivated MRI technologist who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting patient flow, and leading daily operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Assist MRI technologists during exams Serve as a patient liaison to address concerns and ensure a smooth exam process Support departmental workflow, service recovery, and effective staff communication to keep daily operations running smoothly Lead daily operations and help grow leadership skills within a large, collaborative MRI team Qualifications Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited two‑year radiology program Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) Valid ARRT or ARMIT registration, with MR advanced registration required upon hire for IDTF centers or within the first 12 months for non‑IDTF centers Must meet state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice Benefits Sign‑On Bonus Eligible for Qualified Candidates $3 Shift Differential Pay for Evening Shifts Quarterly Bonus Program Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Health Insurance: medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage with FSA & HSA options 401(k) plan with company match and company‑paid life insurance Short‑term and Long‑term Disability and Employee Assistance Program No On‑Call Apply today for immediate consideration, as we review all resumes! #J-18808-Ljbffr
