Compensation & Earning Potential Our Center‑Based BCBAs receive a competitive base salary of $90,000–$110,000, based on experience and level, with the opportunity to earn substantial quarterly bonuses. The following examples illustrate potential earnings based on billable hours per week. 25 billables/week: $90,000–$110,000 (base salary) 27 billables/week: $100,000–$120,000 30 billables/week: $113,000–$133,000 32 billables/week: $122,000–$142,000 34 billables/week: $130,000–$150,000 What To Expect Guaranteed base salary Quarterly bonuses tied to average billable hours across the quarter Admin and support staff to help you achieve your goals without added burnout Consistent, center‑based scheduling for predictability and work‑life balance Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision insurance with low out‑of‑pocket costs Generous time‑off structure (27 paid days off annually) Paid parental leave Professional development stipends Supervision incentive – additional earnings for BACB supervision of BCBA trainees (up to $8,000 annually) Short‑term/long‑term disability coverage Employee assistance program 401(k) Sign‑on and/or relocation bonus for qualified candidates Schedule & Caseload Schedule: Center hours Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends. Caseload: Small caseloads of 6 children (maximum of 7 for more experienced BCBAs). Responsibilities Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients. Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence‑based interventions. Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to clients. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes. Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising ABA‑based treatment programs by RBTs. Licensed in the state of application or actively pursuing licensure at hire. Dedicated to providing high‑quality, outcomes‑based care to clients and families. Physical Demands Movements in response to aggressive and self‑injurious behavior. Ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene when protective carries or environmental arrangements are necessary. Ability to pursue a bolting student, including running or moving quickly side to side. Successful completion of Safety Care training and re‑certifications, including pivoting, knee squats, shuffling front and back, and carrying children.
