Job description
RICHARD MEZY | Devoted Dental - Dentist
As an Associate Dentist at Devoted Dental, you will be the clinical lead for our Bloomfield Hills location. This role is designed for a doctor who is hungry for growth and tired of referring out the "interesting" cases. You will provide comprehensive patient care while receiving direct, hands-on training from our senior leadership.
Clinical Excellence: Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative work, prosthodontics, and preventative care.
Advanced Procedures: Under our mentorship, you will learn to confidently perform 2nd molar endodontics and surgical wisdom teeth extractions.
Patient Education: Clearly communicate treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their oral health needs and options.
Case Management: Learn the administrative side of clinical care, specifically how to document and code insurance claims to ensure accuracy and prevent denials.
Leadership: Help set the tone for a positive, high-energy office culture as we continue to scale.
Requirements
Licensed dentist
A DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
An active (or pending) Michigan Dental License.
A growth mindset—someone eager to learn advanced procedures rather than referring them out.
Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our patient family.

Monday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
