Responsibilities Manage and develop a multidisciplinary, high‑performing team through hiring, training, coaching, and empowering them to consistently deliver high‑quality services. Oversee service outcomes, including staff schedules, labor hour reporting, and completion of Special Incident Reports (SIRs). Develop preventative action plans and monitor compliance. Ensure effective case management by supporting the successful execution and updates to Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and implementing best practices regarding individual rights, family dynamics, and appointment schedules. Provide hands‑on support and serve as a role model to ensure team practices meet or exceed organizational expectations. Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders to prioritize, lead, and participate in all required training, team and company meetings to build knowledge and capabilities. Coach and hold the team accountable for the company’s C.A.R.E. values (compassion, adaptability, respect, empowerment) and recognize and share performance feedback. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent; minimum age 18. Associate degree in psychology, behavioral science, social services, or related discipline, or three years of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement. Three years of supervisory/management experience. Valid driver’s license and California automobile insurance coverage to drive personal vehicle to community locations. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
