What You'll Do You will lead fundraising and partnership efforts that strengthen the organization's long-term sustainability while expanding support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, and organizational priorities. Monitor fundraising performance and adjust strategies to maximize results. Major Gifts and Partnership Development Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and strategic partners. Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value donors and corporate partners. Build long-term relationships that increase engagement, philanthropic investment, and mission impact. Lead, mentor, and develop members of the fundraising team. Establish goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures that support organizational success. Foster collaboration across departments to ensure coordinated fundraising efforts. Fundraising Operations and Events Oversee fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and special events that support revenue objectives. Monitor donor pipelines and fundraising metrics to ensure consistent progress toward goals. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of fundraising systems and processes. Community Engagement Represent the organization with professionalism among donors, business leaders, volunteers, and community stakeholders. Serve as an ambassador for the organization's mission, vision, and values. Build strategic relationships that enhance visibility, engagement, and long-term support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Seven or more years of progressively responsible fundraising, business development, or nonprofit leadership experience. Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, cultivating strategic partnerships, and achieving fundraising goals. Experience leading fundraising teams and collaborating across multiple departments. Strong understanding of donor cultivation, stewardship, corporate partnerships, foundation relations, and fundraising best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities with experience using fundraising metrics to guide decision‑making. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or donor management systems.
