CT Technologist – Baptist South, Jacksonville, FL This full‑time position requires a certified CT Technologist to operate and calibrate GE equipment, prepare patients, administer IV contrast, position patients, provide education, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Perform high‑quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams. Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance. Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results. Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures. Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards. Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions. Qualifications 1–2 years radiology technologist experience. Customer service experience. Experience working in a hospital setting. Certification If hired, must pass certification in Computed Tomography from the ARDMS or ARRT (CT) within 18 months of hire date. Security & Background Screening Positions designated as requiring a Level II background (detailed fingerprint‑based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
