Your responsibilities will include:Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.Who We’re Looking For:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and familiesOR Associate’s degree and 2 years of experienceValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsBilingual skills are a plusAdditional OpportunitiesCertification as a Parenting InstructorFacilitation of family decision-making meetingsProfessional development and leadership pathwaysReady to make a difference and grow your career? Duties are performed in a variety of environments ranging from highly stressful and potentially aggressive to casual and leisurely, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
