Position Overview The Springs at Wilsonville is currently seeking a healthcare experienced Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community. We are dedicated to providing personalized care and support tailored to each resident’s unique needs, with a focus on assisted living and memory care. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of community operations and will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Assures adherence to community budget Maintains a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees Ensures all employees are consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes Identifies service needs of all residents consistently, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes Develops and implements service plans to address resident service needs consistently Adheres to all department systems so that the mission and goals of each department are reached Responds promptly and effectively to resident, employee, or physical plant problems that arise after usual business hours Completes monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred Knowledge of assisted living and memory care regulations Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical background Current ALF/RCF Administrator license required 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K matching Paid Vacation & Sabbatical Supplementary Insurance Options Employee Assistance Program Short term and long-term disability Employee Discounts Flexible Spending Account Scholarships for employee and families Leadership Development and Career Growth Opportunities Discounted Gum Membership Employee Wellness Platform, win prizes!
