Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm. Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters. Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and SEC actions. Clerkship experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Virginia Bar admission required. Education Strong academic record from an accredited law school. Certifications Virginia Bar admission. Skills Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
