We are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for infants, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve this mission. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the care and development of infants in our facility. Prepare and implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth and learning. Maintain a safe and clean environment for infants and staff. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education. Monitor and document children's development and milestones. Provide emotional support and comfort to infants during transitions. Stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
