We offer a collaborative culture and a range of professional development opportunities. Role Overview Associate Photographers perform media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Working with Pro‑3 Matterport cameras, a digital camera apparatus and an iPad, they create virtual tours, floor plans and residential photography. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and is responsible for servicing clients, managing appointments, executing photography tasks, and keeping the market data complete. Responsibilities Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Produce a portfolio of homeowner photographs using advanced photography techniques. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointment efficiency. Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners and management. Navigate one‑mile square grids while traveling to ensure full commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory and report missing availability. Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection. Represent CoStar in a professional manner and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements for tablet or laptop operation and camera control. Bend, stoop, squat, twist and carry as necessary to perform job functions. Work outside and drive during all seasons. Work rotating weekends as requested. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate. Strong customer‑service mindset with a client‑first approach. Ability to manage time and maintain high level of detail orientation. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and internet applications; familiarity with Apple iOS products is a plus. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. FAA Part 107 certification for drone photography, obtained within 30 days of offer. Capability to capture and enter accurate data. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Compensation Base compensation for this hourly role ranges from $49,000 to $50,000, dependent on geographic location, skills and experience.
