Benefits Full health insurance package 1900 billables Hybrid schedule Responsibilities Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation. Handle diverse caseload involving motor vehicle accidents, general liability, and other insurance-related matters. Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare case strategies. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings. Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible defense for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance defense. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding potential or existing insurance defense cases. Participate in firm development and marketing activities. Qualifications A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, motor vehicle, and liability cases. Active member in good standing with the State Bar. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in insurance defense matters. Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
