Landscape Designer at High End Landscape Design + Build company. Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a designer/salesman who loves designing amazing backyards with and without pools. Compensation & Benefits $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience. Bonus opportunity: $10,000–$50,000 based on goals. Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Pay Professional Development Opportunities Responsibilities Collaborating with design team to create detailed pool and outdoor living designs. Professionally meet with clients in person to discuss design options and sell projects. Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes. Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals. Required Experience Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling based programs. 2 years of experience in landscape or landscape design related industry. Computer skills including email, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite. Organized and creative thinker. Ability to take ownership of tasks and track details to completion. Ideal Qualifications and Skills A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field. Proficiency in Land F/X CAD, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion Pro, Rhino3D. Professional landscape design experience. Professional hand sketching skills.
