Physical Therapist Job Description Job Title Physical Therapist Job Summary Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment in Deer Lodge, Montana. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing disability. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions. You will work collaboratively within a healthcare setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This assignment provides a consistent schedule with guaranteed hours, allowing you to make a significant impact in a new environment while advancing your professional experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities as appropriate. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program. Minimum of Not specified experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Not specified.
