Are you looking for a practice that feels more like a home than a clinic? Mahoning Valley Family Dental Care is a small, privately owned office where teamwork isn't just a buzzword—it’s how we operate every day. We are looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our tight-knit team and provide exceptional care to our community.
In our office, we believe in staying busy and supporting one another. You will typically see between 8–12 patients per day (mix of adults and children).
Provide high-quality dental cleanings and periodontal care.
The "All-In" Mentality: During downtime or cancellations, you'll jump in to help with room sterilization, cleaning, and assisting teammates wherever help is needed.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment for every patient.
Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Licensed dental hygienist
Licensure: Current Dental Hygienist License (copy required).
Certification: Current CPR certification.
Team Spirit: A strong work ethic and the desire to be part of a collaborative "family-style" environment.
Continuing Education (CE) Support: Many offices pay for the classes and credits you need to maintain your license (EFDA or RDH).
Uniform Allowance: Most practices provide a yearly stipend for scrubs or provide them directly.
Complimentary Dental Care: Employees and their immediate family members usually receive free or deeply discounted dental services at the practice.
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Enjoy a short day!)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
