Working closely with the Site Coordinator, you will help create a safe, active, and enriching environment where local children can thrive, learn, and grow. We are looking for a reliable team player with a passion for youth development and healthy living. Monitor and supervise children's activities Ensure the safety of all children Plan and implement varied age-appropriate activities Manage children's behavior using positive reinforcement Follow all YMCA policies and OEC licensing standards Communicate with parents as needed Be a positive role model Requirements Qualified Candidate must be at least 16 years of age Possess good oral and written communication skills Have experience working with children Nice To Haves CPR Certification First Aid Certification Medication Administration Certification Benefits Professional Development Flexible Schedule Free YMCA Membership #J-18808-Ljbffr
