The Firm seeks a highly motivated attorney looking for a flexible, off-track position to work with a premier labor and employment department in an international law firm. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing factual investigations and drafting pleadings Assisting in litigation of complex employment arbitrations and litigations (document review and production, witness and exhibit preparation and presentation, arguing motions) Researching and drafting motions and briefs for state and federal courts and administrative agencies Will be expected to bill approximately 1600 hours per year Qualifications 4 or more years in practice experience in labor relations law and/or employment litigation Candidate should have experience handling labor disputes. Handling labor disputes in the public sector preferred but not required. Superior organizational and writing skills a must This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices as business needs require. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $240,000-$295,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
