Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents. Engage in business succession planning for high-net-worth clients. Requirements Minimum of eight years of experience in estate planning and trust administration. Strong drafting skills in relevant legal documents. Experience with high-net-worth client planning preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications: CPA and/or LLM strongly preferred.
