Short Description Bowman has an opportunity for a Right of Way Project Coordinator to join our team in Sarasota, FL. Purpose Take on a leadership role within the Right of Way team and coordinate with Right of Way Agents/COS and other leaders to manage daily workflow of projects to completion. Responsibilities Leadership and Direction Perform work under moderate supervision, receive direction on moderately complex assignments, tasks, and execution, and have work frequently reviewed by more senior staff to ensure sound techniques and principles. Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance. At the Operational and Company Level Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project due diligence as well as during construction activities. Mentor and train agents to ensure project success to Bowman standards. Do the Work Understand and manage the workflow on projects, including initial kick-off and daily metrics, in close coordination with internal teams. Coordinate multiple projects; create and/or update project plans, monitor acquisition processes, and proactively communicate with project stakeholders. Assist in planning under the direction of senior leadership. Assist senior leadership with business development opportunities. Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile database, and ensure project schedules and budgets are met. Adapt to changes in project process and scope and proactively assist in problem solving. Maintain all documentation appropriately for each project. Monitor and communicate project progress and scope. Act as client point of contact, communicating proactively internally and externally. Three or more years of related experience (ideally in professional services). Fluency in Microsoft Office applications. Professional real estate license in the applicable state or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire.
