AlliedTravelCareers is working with Conflux Systems Inc to find a qualified Pharmacist in Cape Coral, Florida, 33904!
Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist (RPh) to join our team for a 12-week contract assignment. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately reviewing and dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, providing patient counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Counsel patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and safety.
- Monitor for potential drug interactions and medication-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and pharmacy records.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Assist with inventory management and medication storage procedures.
Work Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day

Requirements
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist (RPh) license.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Retail, outpatient, hospital, or clinical pharmacy experience.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and electronic documentation systems.
