The manager will oversee initialization and implementation of the daily operations of a coffee shop, including managing staff, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsible for hiring and training employees, tracking finances, and resolving customer issues. The Manager will help the coffee shop to grow by linking sales, marketing, new opportunities, relationships, and revenue facilitating structured business expansion.
