Program Director – Walton Academy for Growth and Change DeFuniak Springs, FL Overview Walton Academy provides residential treatment, mental health, and substance abuse services for high‑risk male youth aged 13‑19. The Program Director will lead and oversee clinical, educational, vocational, and student health programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and support the mission of Rite of Passage. Responsibilities Deliver and oversee treatment, education, vocational, and student health services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions, marketing, staff development, and training. Provide administrative oversight for the site and serve as a senior manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board. Lead the site management team and ensure Mission and Values of ROP are represented throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred). Four years of experience in residential facility management or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects. Strong interpersonal skills, including interview and hiring experience. Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and rapidly changing business conditions.
