Position Summary: The Environmental Services Lead provides leadership and direction to the housekeeping staff. Primary responsibilities include maintaining thorough working knowledge of the tasks and duties within the team, providing positive leadership and support while offering regular feedback and reinforcement. This position coordinates staff schedules, training and onboarding. This working position assists in fighting the spread of infection, and provides a neat, sanitary and pleasing physical environment.

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range. Hourly Range: $19.15 to $24.96 Wages are just one part of our employee compensation package.
