All about the role:
The Operations & Systems Supply Chain Manager - 2nd shift (2:00pm start shift) leads warehouse operations and digital manufacturing solutions for the Springfield plant. This role is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient material flow from receiving through production, overseeing manufacturing systems and data integrity, and driving operational excellence through process optimization and digital transformation.
The position combines operational leadership with digital expertise to improve performance, simplify processes, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement across the site.
