  • Lead and maintain enterprise corrective action management systems, ensuring timely resolution of findings and alignment with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Support corporate EHS auditing programs and participate in site assessments, compliance reviews, and risk evaluations.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and drive proactive solutions to ensure organizational compliance.

Sustainability & Continuous Improvement

  • Support enterprise sustainability initiatives through data collection, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance safety performance, environmental outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across multiple business units.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Partner with leaders at all levels to influence organizational change and strengthen EHS culture.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, training programs, and communications that drive awareness and action.
