Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced environment. This role includes assisting physicians with medical procedures, performing routine clinical tasks, and ensuring that our patients feel comfortable and well-informed about their treatment plans. This position will be a front desk position, but will need to be willing to travel in East Valley if needed for coverage for front or back office MA work. Key Responsibilities Updating Demographics Customer Service As Needed Responsibilities Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures, including preparation and documentation. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking patient vital signs, administering injections, performing simple lab tests, and maintaining medical records. Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely service to all patients. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked examination room. Comply with all established policies and protocols, as well as regulatory requirements. Provide compassionate care and assistance to patients, answering any questions they may have about their treatment. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and a positive patient experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred. Fluent in Spanish Minimum of 1-year experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an ENT or similar specialty. Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient care. Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) software. CPR/BLS certification required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. We value our employees and understand that they are integral to our success.
