Commercial Lines Account Manager – Insurance Agency Location: Lexington, S. C. Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break) Salary: Salary + commission dependent upon experience Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for servicing commercial insurance accounts, supporting producers, and delivering excellent customer service to clients. Responsibilities Service and manage a book of commercial insurance accounts Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements Prepare certificates of insurance and other policy documents Respond to client requests by phone and email in a timely manner Partner with producers to support new and renewal business, including preparing quotes Communicate with carriers to resolve policy and service issues Report claims to the carrier Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required Commercial insurance experience Experience with Applied Epic is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 A team player Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Long-term and short-term insurance Retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and licensing support Opportunities for professional growth Work Location This is a full-time, in-office position.
