About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Applied AI and Internal Systems to lead the strategic adoption of AI across all internal teams, with a focus on building and optimizing business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AI adoption, ensuring security and compliance, and leading a forward-deployed engineering and product team to solve real workflow problems. This role is pivotal in building the company's operating backbone, integrating systems during M&A, and owning the data governance and IT security strategy. The VP will also be tasked with team leadership, earning trust across functions, and demonstrating real change management skills. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior technical or operating leadership position within a high-growth business, with a background in technology or tech-enabled industries. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in building and leading engineering teams, integrating systems, and driving real business impact through the use of AI. Technical depth in enterprise application architecture, system integration, and data management is essential, as is a strong understanding of current AI tooling and its application. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT operations, identity management, and security controls, and be adept at leading a team to ensure the company's systems are secure, efficient, and scalable.
