Job Summary Accountable for achieving the strategic growth objectives of DZMG in the area of GOCO Munitions. Full P&L responsibility for American Ordnance LLC for financial performance and attainment of revenue and net contribution goals and driving a strong safety culture and robust customer relationships. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for American Ordnance LLC, coordinating with Day & Zimmermann goals and standards. Develop long-range objectives and business plans that fit the company values and risk profiles. 30% Maintain key customer relationships within the US government and the defense industry. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
