As a Marine Corps Police Officer, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities essential to maintaining order and security on a Marine Corps installation. Enforcing federal and state laws, as well as military regulations and installation‑specific orders. Performing traffic control duties and investigating traffic accidents. Controlling access to the installation at various entry points. Engaging in community‑policing activities to build trust and cooperation. Conducting preliminary investigations and securing crime scenes. Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.
