Overview Duration: 5+ Months Location: NY-Rochester Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Site Lead, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Onsite work expected - Day 1. Responsibilities Daily Operations and Case Readiness Ensure all case-related activities are executed with urgency and accuracy (pre-op planning, outbound shipments, and returns) Manage intake, scanning, verification, and put-away of all inbound inventory Oversee restock execution and ensure trays/kits are fully built and ready for deployment Drive 48-hour turnaround expectations for due backs and case returns Inventory Management and Optimization Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system alignment Identify and resolve missing product, gaps in kits, and inventory discrepancies Optimize inventory across trays, kits, and loose goods to improve service levels and asset utilization Drive expiry management, scrap removal, and redistribution of excess/obsolete inventory Quality and Compliance Ensure full adherence to FSN SOPs, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain all required documentation, records, and quality binders in audit-ready condition Support execution of field actions (recalls, quarantines, etc.) in coordination with Quality teams Ensure associates are trained and operating in compliance with established procedures Leadership and Team Development Lead, coach, and develop site associates to drive performance, accountability, and consistency Establish clear expectations tied to operational KPIs and service metrics Ensure staffing coverage aligns with business needs and demand variability Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on execution and continuous improvement Communication and Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, and internal partners Deliver standardized weekly communications (e.g., due backs, unconfirmed usage, site updates) Coordinate cross-site collaboration to source inventory and resolve urgent case needs Ensure clear, timely communication on operational risks, delays, or constraints Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Execute standardized reporting and performance tracking aligned to FSN KPIs and scorecards Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve service, cost, and quality Drive initiatives related to inventory optimization, process standardization, and operational efficiency Participate in network-wide initiatives and share best practices across sites Facilities and Site Oversight Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facilities standards Manage vendor interactions and maintain site readiness (housekeeping, pest control, etc.) Maintain accurate records and documentation tied to site operations and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of operations, supply chain, or field support experience Experience managing inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment Inventory and systems expertise (e.g., MoveMedical, SAP) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Process discipline with a continuous improvement mindset The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
