We're looking for a dentist who's tired of corporate pressures and wants to focus on meaningful patient care.
We're seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This is the perfect opportunity for dentists who:
Want to escape production quotas and corporate demands
Value mentorship from a 40-year veteran
Desire quality-focused dentistry with proper time per patient
Prefer clinical autonomy without practice ownership headaches
You'll provide:
Comprehensive exams & treatment planning
Restorative (crowns, bridges, implants)
Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening)
Simple extractions (oral surgeon referrals for complex cases)
With full support from:
Dedicated assistant per procedure
Hygienists handling recalls/preventive care
Front office managing insurance/scheduling
Licensed dentist
DDS/DMD from accredited dental school
Active Alabama dental license (or ability to obtain)
Commitment to compassionate, quality dentistry
Openness to mentorship from experienced dentist
Tired of corporate dentistry pressures
Wants to practice without ownership responsibilities
Values work-life balance
Seeks long-term position in supportive environment
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM
No Fridays, weekends, or emergency calls
