Primary responsibilities include directing the liberal arts tutoring program in the Tutoring Center, including recruiting, mentoring, and teaching peer tutors; drafting and implementing policies and procedures; providing direct support to students; and collecting and analyzing assessment data. This position is also responsible for designing academic support initiatives to increase success for students in underrepresented groups in collaboration with faculty and Academic Support colleagues.
