Production Assistant
Industry: Food / Bakery Manufacturing
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable Production Assistants to support our Food/Bakery Manufacturing operations. The Production Assistant helps ensure smooth production by assisting machine operators, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators with production line tasks
Load materials and supplies into production equipment
Package, label, and palletize finished products
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
Keep work areas clean and organized
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Must follow safety and food handling regulations
Work Environment:
Food production setting (may include exposure to heat, cold, flour dust, and noise)
Required to wear hairnets, gloves, and other PPE
Schedule:
Full-time opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
