Engage in litigation related to patent disputes. Collaborate with a team on complex legal matters. Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements 2-6 years of legal experience in intellectual property. Admitted to the USPTO. Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in the state of employment. Experience with wireless communication standards (5G, 6G, 3GPP) is preferred. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field. USPTO membership. Skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
