Are you ready for an exciting job? We are looking for an extremely upbeat, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, and hard-working person for this role. This position mixes a combination of Treatment Coordinating, Guest Services, and Marketing/Sales. We are seeking an individual with a “retail mentality” that can bring a “How can I help you?” approach to our dental office. An outgoing and friendly personality with exceptional customer service is A MUST! Experience is required (2+ year’s minimum)!
Here are some of the duties that this position will be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional customer service (A MUST!!)
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Responding to patient needs and creating a memorable experience
• Able to address patient objections in an elegant manner
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Able to manage multiple demands
• Educating patients about dental procedures
• Engaging the patients in finding out what their goals are
• Self-motivated and able to work to achieve office goals

This is currently a full-time position with some Saturday hours. We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career and is interested in being with our company for many years. You will be on a team of several other professionals to work together to achieve the goals of the office. You will also be in a pod with one doctor and their assistants to create personalized care for each and every one of your patients.
