A growing accounting firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.
Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns
Support tax planning, compliance, and IRS correspondence
Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filings
Active EA/CPA credential in good standing
3+ years of tax preparation experience
Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software
QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Trust/estate experience is a plus
