As an Early Talent Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our early talent recruiting initiatives by managing logistics, coordinating events, and facilitating candidate engagement across multiple campuses and programs. Working with precision and strong organizational skills, you will manage campus event planning, coordinate interviews and information sessions, prepare recruitment materials, maintain candidate data, and support our onboarding process. You will interact with university partners, campus organizations, managers, and student candidates. This is a key role in ensuring RBC attracts and engages the brightest emerging talent. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
