We are seeking a full-time, partner-minded Pediatric Dentist to grow with our expanding practice. Compensation Structure: 30–32% of collections plus monthly bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities

Requirements
Licensed dentist
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Valid state dental license to practice in Georgia (or ability to obtain licensure)
Certification or willingness to obtain certification in sedation dentistry
Strong communication skills and an empathetic, child-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and patient education
Passion for delivering high-quality pediatric dental care with a positive attitude
Preferred
Pediatric Dentistry Residency
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Working Hours
Monday – Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Wednesday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Optional)
