We service the largest national retailers in the country and are a key apparel supplier to many off price retailers. The Role We're in search of a Director of Sales to join our Isaac Morris team and drive sales volume growth across assigned retailers and categories. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of merchandising, analytics, and retail execution. You'll have access to the top trending licenses and brands in the market and your goal is to turn that portfolio into compelling, retail-right product lines that Off Price merchants want to buy. You will manage those programs from sell in through instore execution. The right candidate knows the apparel/softlines business inside and out and has successfully serviced off price retailers, thriving in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. What you will do Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across off-price retail accounts, aligning with company objectives. You will partner with design to build compelling product offerings — pairing the right licenses, designs, and price points with the right departments and seasonal timeframes. Leverage data and analytics such as POS, sell-through, instocks, receipt flow, markdown performance paired with market and pop-culture insights to identify white space and sell-in opportunities. Own and grow key account relationships , including but not limited to off-price retailers (e.g., TJX, Burlington), specialty stores, and emerging channels. Identify and secure new business opportunities within target channels, expanding distribution and market share while protecting brand integrity. Lead sales planning and forecasting for assigned channels, ensuring accurate projections and inventory alignment in partnership with operations and planning teams. Negotiate and manage pricing, programs, and margin targets , balancing profitability with customer requirements and competitive landscape. Collaborate cross-functionally with licensing, design, product development, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure product assortments, deliveries, and promotional strategies meet retailer and consumer needs. Monitor and analyze sales performance , retailer feedback, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance company visibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
