We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will perform preventive dental hygiene services, assist in patient education, and support the clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care. This role offers a structured Monday through Thursday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package to ensure professional and personal well-being.
Conduct thorough patient screenings and review medical/dental histories.
Administer prophylactic treatments including scaling and polishing.
Document and maintain accurate records of existing restorations and treatments.
Utilize X-ray imaging for diagnostics and review results.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques tailored to their needs.
Conduct oral health screenings and assist patients in maintaining excellent oral hygiene.
Maintain compliance with all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate closely with dentists and staff to provide a seamless patient experience.
Requirements
Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Infection Control License
Licensed dental hygienist
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications.
Minimum of one year clinical experience as an RDH preferred.
Up-to-date with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control trainings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a dedication to patient care and safety.
Prior dental clinical experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
Patient-centric focus with strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, private practice environment.
