POSITION Rubber Molding Operator JOB LOCATION Saukville, WI STARTING DATE Immediate EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp to Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm STARTING PAY $18.00 per hour BENEFITS Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous machine operating experience required As a Rubber Molding Operator, you will be working in a warm, fast-paced manufacturing environment operating molding machines to produce rubber components. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to keep up with production demands. Responsibilities Operate rubber molding machines to produce quality parts Load and unload materials into machines Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met Trim or finish molded parts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production guidelines Qualifications Previous machine operating experience is required Ability to work in a warm and physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift repetitively Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Please send your resume to grafton@seekcareers.com .
