A premier wealth management firm is seeking an experienced administrative leader to oversee and develop a team of client service and administrative professionals supporting a high‑performing advisory business. Responsibilities Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of administrative leaders and client service professionals. Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and support employee development and succession planning. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence across the administrative organization. Partner with senior leadership to align staffing, resources, and administrative support with business priorities. Oversee branch administration, client onboarding support, account documentation, client communications, and administrative processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for client service issues, employee matters, and administrative challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk management standards, and required employee training. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall client and employee experience. Support business continuity planning, resource management, and administrative initiatives across the market. Qualifications Five or more years of leadership experience within wealth management, private banking, brokerage, or financial services. Proven success leading, coaching, and developing administrative or client service teams. Strong understanding of brokerage operations, regulatory requirements, client onboarding, and branch administration. FINRA Series7, Series66, and Series9/10 licenses are required. Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
