This role involves advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer matters. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Missouri Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of experience in estate planning and trust and estate matters
• Strong experience drafting complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, Grantor trusts and advanced estate planning structures
• Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family-owned or closely held businesses
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a team

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth clients
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and GST tax planning strategies
• Assist with trust administration and probate matters as needed
• Counsel clients on business succession, charitable planning, and wealth transfer strategies
• Coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Stay current on developments in estate planning and tax law impacting clients
