Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager - MA Licensed to work full-time remotely, this role will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms while optimizing performance metrics Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing strategies and collaborative growth initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing teams and driving organizational growth initiatives
